Very rundown and grungy looking hotel-needs renovations inside and out. Did not look anything like the pictures -the animal smell very strong. BEWARE! Don’t stay here!

The room was unacceptable. It carried a strong odor resembling that of an ashtray, and it was not sanitary. As a result, I have asthma and severe allergies, and the conditions of the room made it impossible for me to continue my stay.

Trip from hell

The hotel was not clean, the sheets were still dirty, no hot running water, tv was half way broken, refrigerator leaking. This was one of the most horrible bday trips I have ever took. Please consider renovating immediately!!!!!

Room Felt Gross

The location of the hotel was great, and the desk attendant was pleasant. The cleanliness of the room was the biggest issue. Our room smelled like mildew when we walked, in, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. We avoided the bathroom as much as possible and got out quickly in the morning. The walls were dirty, and the floors weren't clean. The sink wasn't installed properly, and there was a general feeling that all of the repairs made to the room were done by an amateur. Thankfully we were only staying one night and the beds were made with clean linens. The pillows were also tiny and pretty uncomfortable. They were more the size of throw pillows than standard queen-sized pillows. Overall, wouldn't stay here again unless there was a major hike in the housekeeping standards. It's crazy to pay over $150/night for such a subpar experience.

Terrible Stay

The place was not clean. The hair dryer did not work. The ac was not good. The shower did not get warm at all. I travel to area to see my daughter at FAU often and I would not return or recommend this hotel. Dogs roaming the lobby not on a leash and in the room that they had the breakfast!

Filthy

I didn’t even stay one night!!!! The place was filthy. The pictures online should be taken down. The couch in the lobby looked like it came from a garbage curb, the dining room looked like outside furniture, the front door you couldn’t see out of because it had so much grease on it. This is the worse hotel I have ever seen. I paid one night just because I had too and didn’t step foot into a room😤😡. This place should be ashamed of themselves for even charging me to leave. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Don’t get me started on the pool. You should close it up and fill it with dirt. It’s too bad I didn’t take photos I felt filthy standing there and couldn’t get out quick enough.

When first checking in, we received our room and it was a single queen bed when we requested 2 queen beds. I went into the office and let them know & the guy stated that when booking through 3rd party companies (such as Expedia) they put the cheapest rate out there but it doesn’t come back right into the system and it would be a $10 extra fee (whatever) but the fact that I pulled up my receipt and showed what I paid for and still received the fee. So we switched rooms, and the bathroom light in the new room didn’t work, at all… In the neighborhood behind the hotel, they had dogs barking by 7:30am. They allowed a semi truck to park in their already small parking lot and blocked in cars. I book all my travel plans with Expedia and never ran into a problem like that during check in. For the price I feel like the rest was expected but I’ve stayed in other Quality Inn’s that were waaaay more impressive than this.
