As always, a spotless room, super front office staff, and conveniently located near the VA Hospital. They are "THE" place to stay while in Augusta. If I had to come up with a constructive criticism it would be the breakfast fare. It did not seem to measure up to the standards of a major hotel brand. Still, this is my home, away from home Every time that I am in Augusta, Georgia.

Asked and received a ground floor room and it was granted, the parking lot was clean a well lighted, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was one incident where some guests got rowdy, but management handled it. Really nice hotel, would definitely stay again.
