Could have been better with minimal effort

There were practically no TV channels. The TV had no Canadian content. Only a handful of useless cable channels (like 5 pcs). The TV screen small and the picture was flickering were available. The pool was out of service. They said it was under repairs but I think they just didn't want it to be used off-season as I did not see any workers or repair activity. Some room light bulbs were out of order. The included breakfast was OK. This is a indeed a 2 star hotel. Location is good near the Falls.

Noisy & dirty but ok for family with kids.

The floors & towels were dirty had hair on it. The housekeeping staff was too loud & noisy. The breakfast buffet was too crowded to eat breakfast in peace & quiet. They charged me resort fees even though I got a free night from being a silver member of hotels.com

Unfortunately we disappointed

I had reserved two queen beds for three adults, but two double beds came up. I told the hotel that I had reserved a queen room and showed them my reservation details. However, the hotel said no other rooms were available and that it was a hotels.com problem, so I had to contact the hotels.com help center. However, the help center chat made me wait and then ended up forcing me to end the chat.　When I made the reservation, the queen size room was a little more expensive than the double room, but I wanted to feel good about my stay, so I reserved a queen room, but it was not available. I am angry that both the hotel and the reservation site were irresponsible. I have used the hotel many times and this is the first time I have had such an experience.

Nagyon koszos!!

Tiszta volt az ágynemű és a törölközők, de.... Akkora koszdarabok voltak mindenütt a szobában a padlón, hogy sem zokniban, sem mezítláb nem lehetett a szobában lenni! A padlót szerintem hetek óta nem mosták vagy porszívózták fel!!! Csak ágyneműt cseréltek a vendégek után.

They have a restaurant attached to them on their ad for the hotel it says they offer free deliver to any room in the hotel, ordered food from them and was told they don't deliver to the hotel that I would have to come down and get it.Ceramic floor in elevator was all cracked. Breakfast offered where choice of Muffins, croissants.English muffin, toast or cold cereal any hotel I've stayed at offer scrambled eggs and sausages or bacon.

Check in was a breeze. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive. My reason for the less than optimal review is because we found a bed bug. The staff were quick to move us which we were greatful for. When situations like this happen you tend to look closer at things and discover the room cleaning is bas It took the joy out of my trip.

Needs serious attention to cleanliness

Stayed for one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The bathroom was not clean, and overall, the hotel could seriously benefit from a major overhaul in cleanliness-starting with retraining or reshuffling the cleaning staff. The level of filth was shocking. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, which was disappointing for the times we’re in. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was decent. But honestly, the lack of cleanliness overshadowed everything.
