The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was large and clean. The hot tub wasn’t working the first night and they got it up and running as soon as they were notified. The breakfast was delicious. The room was super clean and spacious. The parking lot needed some attention, there was a lot of trash and construction materials like screws in the parking lot. Best hotel stay at the best price in years! Overall very impressive.

The one complaint is the new mirrors in the room. The lighting is incredibly inadequate. I have previously design 8 hotels and those mirrors and lights would have been redone before the first guest stayed. Additional lighting needs to be added!

Hot tub didn’t work. The whole place was being renovated so a mess is understandable but there was trash and debris everywhere left to be blown around by weather. Tracked all inside, seemed to be a lot of folks sitting in their cars in the parking lot. Did NOT feel like a safe environment. Just found out today (and the only reason I’m writing this review because now I’m pissed off) That my deposit was charged? I never got a notification or receipt or anything? I called and they send me 3 screenshots of a door and started yelling at me on the phone when I told them it was just screen shots, like what am I supposed to do about that??? And let’s not speak English. Ok. I will never ever be coming back to this disaster.

The hotel is under renovation. Pool area ceiling falling down, red ants in pool towels, and hot tub was scolding hot. Rooms whereny finished renovations all the way. Hair dryer didnt work. Hopefully theweupdate the e the elevator

I had no idea this place was being under construction. I totally understand fixing, and improving your establishment. However the lobby was loaded with what looked to be used furniture, construction materials, through out the place including hallways. I wish I could post pictures. Then the first night hot tub worked, the Pool area was very disgusting!!’, second night hot tub was cold. Third night the whole area was closed. Unfortunately I had pre booked the place for 3 nights for work. I had brought my concerns to the manager they said they would compensate me some money which I was fine with. However they never did. When I called a few days later to find out where my compensation was. The manager said they don’t give out any type of refunds. I will hopefully never ever stay at another American hotel

The staff was very helpful. Room was clean although there was a hole in the bathroom wall. Apparently due to on going remodeling. Be careful of wet paint in hallways as there are no warnings. Sadly, our coffee maker made one cup of coffee and that was it. The breakfast was very generous considering it stated a continental breakfast. Overall, the room was quiet and spacious.

The staff was ok. Room 121 was terrible. They are doing remodeling. Yet they put us in a room that had no hot water, and paint peeling off the bathroom walls. There was stuff in the tub, and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. My son's room had great hot water and water pressure. The bathroom had a lot of paint or grout splatter. I don't understand why you would allow anyone to use that room. We would have complained, but we didn't know about the issues because we didn't get in the rooms until after midnight. We will not stay there again.

Hotel was being renovated. Couldn’t get into the pool area door wouldn’t unlock. Breakfast was definitely lacking (second day went down 30 mins after it started and there was barely anything, couldn’t find luggage carts for check in or checkout. People smoking weed on premises by side entrance. Room wasn’t clean properly (microwave was filthy along with wall by microwave) and housekeeping came in every day before 10 am when check out was 11am even though I didn’t ask for it.Just for starters.
