Great to be

All good in average. Breakfast could be a little improved, but staff were super attentive and polite. For what I was searching it was great. Train station close by making it super easy to go to Venice and free car parking available. Nice places to eat nearby.

The rooms are clean, but dated. Everything you need, warm and ideally located. Right near the railway station withing a minutes walk, plenty of food nearby. Parking is underground and secure

The hotel itself was spacious, clean and overall very nice. The breakfast was one of the best we had experienced, it had a large variety. The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk to the closest train station, then a 30 minute train from Venice.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel! It is really run down, the laminate floor in the room is falling apart. However, the loveliest staff both at the checkin and checkout. We left at 5 am and they put together a takeaway food (apples, crackers, water). The hotel in in a nice area.

Clean, staff very helpful, breakfast options diverse. Facility is older and needs updating. Surprised there was no iron available at all. Location is great, close to shopping, dining, couple minutes walking to train station that takes you directly to Venice. Parking garage is tight, but safe and secure.

Property is next to 2 great restaurants and also bars with live music on Saturday night. Clean place and comfortable for good price. Lots to see and good if you have a car to visit Venezia since it is about 30-40 min drive. Renting a car in Italy is the best thing to do.

The condition of the proprty was average, some areas needed to be repaired or upgraded. But the best thing was so closed to the train station and to various restaurants.

Staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Hotel is old but they keep it clean. The infrastructure is aged and needs to be replaced with something of quality. The town is amazing and easy for walking, a very clean, safe and lovely town to walk around in. Nice Italian town with lots of food options and a park to walk through. Very nice stop over to spend the night and part of a day.

Great price. A block and a half from the train station (20 minute ride to Venice, 1hour 20 to Verona), 14 minute taxi ride from the airport, great location! Many good restaurants around (within the 2 block ratio and literally in front of the hotel), not noisy, and I felt absolutely safe walking around alone at night, chill vibe all around. Staff was nice, attentive, and helpful. Breakfast was great and very complete! Room (and it’s bathroom) were clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, more than enough towels were provided and there was a safe inside the room. 10/10, I would go back.

If you are staying outside of Venice, but looking for a peaceful and well located commuter town, this property is a good option. It is conveniently located near the main train station to get into Venice, and the bus stop is also around the corner. Overall, the communal areas of the hotel are maintained to the standard of a 4* hotel, but the rooms need some inprovement. The main issue is the bathroom, which has visible mould around the shower. The ceiling is also experiencing damp. The rooms themselves are a good size, with a comforable bed. There was also a kettle with a selection of herbal teas. A hotel with this rating should really provide slippers - there is no point showering, only to then collect dust and bring it in to the bed. Breakfast was excellent, there was always a good selection of sweet and savoury options. The main lady in charge of breakfast (with the dark hair) needs to make a rule and stick with it - you either let people with bags in, or you don't. There can't be different rules for different guests...

The bathroom needs to be renovated. Also, the room had cobwebs in them. Room will only be cleaned if you ask them to. The door lock also needs to be fixed as it's a challenge opening and locking the door. I like the location as it's very close to the train station and you can reach Venice in 10-15 minutes.

The first impression of the hotel was a bit questionable, but the room was clean and especially the cleanliness of the bathroom was a positive surprise. Air conditioning was mentioned, but it was miserable. Fortunately, the room had windows that could be opened and in the spring the room could be cooled by ventilation. In the summer, the room is sure to be very hot. There was no noise in the room from the neighboring rooms, but the noise of the customers of the bar in the same square forced us to close the windows between 10 and 01 am. The hotel staff was friendly. An excellent and varied breakfast was included in the price of the accommodation, which makes it a full five stars. The location right next to the train station is good and the connection to Venice is smooth.

Our room was old. The bathroom had a painted wood countertop. The bathtub was very old and caulking was stained. As seniors, it was difficult to get in and out as it was high and you had to climb in. The air conditioner did not work. The safe was locked closed and they were unable to resolve this for us. On the plus side: The room was clean. The public areas were attractive. The location was excellent. It was a short walk to the train station to Venice. There were nice restaurants within walking distance. There was a parking garage so our car was safely parked. There was a nice breakfast. If the rooms were updated, this would be a very nice hotel,

The Good: The hotel is very close to the train station. The whole area is really clean. The supermarket is very close to the station also and the Restaurants around the hotel are excellent. Cuisine absolutely brilliant. The hotel breakfast, brilliant and the staff were really lovely and helpful. I was made very welcome. The Bad: The room I was given was straight out of the 1950s era. Dark old furniture which could do with a re-furb. Dark blue walls, met a colour I'm unable to describe. The little fridge barely fit in the cupboard it was housed in and the door to said cupboard was lopsided and hung precariously, making it difficult to access the fridge. The Ugly: The main issue was the dullness of the room and decor. Once this is upgraded, im sure it will get 5 stars all round.

The hotel is in a good location, a short drive from the airport, 3 minutes walk from the train station that takes you straight into Venice S.Lucia for 3 euros one way. Our room was quite spacious but very outdated and run down. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Luckily we were so exhausted every day that we eventually managed to pass out. They cleaned the room every day which was nice and there is a small refrigerator which was handy for cold water. They are not allowed to run airco early in April and there are no fans provided so we had to sleep with the balcony door open every night, which means we could hear all the noise. On Friday night the cafe in front of the hotel had a party with DJ and tons of people until 11pm. It felt like we were in a rave. Saturday night there was another gathering again, no music but so much noise well after midnight. If this is the case every weekend, do not expect to get much sleep or go to bed early on those 2 nights. There is free parking with the hotel which is great, but it is a very tight squeeze going into the garage and driving down several levels, not to mention driving through the throng of people who gather every day at this party cafe and who look at you as if you are the inconvenience trying to drive thru them to get to the garage. The free breakfast is pretty decent, consisting of cereals, fruits, pastries, vegetables, cheeses, toast, and cold cuts. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by Luisa who was very friendly and a joy to be with. When we got there we were booked in the old building. Luisa listened to our feedback and accommodated us to a newer room in the main building. We quickly became friends with Luisa who was the best part of our trip!

Great for parking. Breakfast, 2 minutes to the train station to go to Venice. 25 minutes at 3 euros, great restaurant next door, staff very friendly. Small room and the bathtub drain didn’t have a plug.good location close to Venice. 2nd time I’ve stayed in Mogliano Veneto.reasonably priced for three people
