Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was slow and poorly managed. We had two rooms reserved, and the staff handed us the key cards without any identification or room numbers. When we asked which card belonged to which room, they simply said they “didn’t know” and that we should try them out ourselves — an unacceptable level of service for any hotel.
The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest. The front desk staff showed little professionalism or willingness to help.
To make matters worse, around 11 PM, several children were running and jumping between the room balconies. It was loud, disruptive, and frankly dangerous, especially at that hour. Despite reporting the issue, it took about an hour before the hotel staff did anything about it — and no apology or compensation was offered.
On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even though it was clearly listed as included in our original booking. Although it wasn’t detailed in the confirmation email, it was explicitly stated during the reservation process on Hotels.com. I had to file a complaint through the website and spend nearly two hours resolving the issue before receiving a refund. It was a frustrating and entirely avoidable situation.
Poor service, mismanaged facilities, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel under any circunstances
