Nice Hotel. Nice rooms. Nice beach. I didn't appreciate not having WIFI or TV for one of the nights that I was there, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The hotel is right on the beach, so expect to hear the waves crashing, especially when you're in the bathroom. The air conditioner drowns out the waves in the bedroom, so you'll sleep comfortably. The rooms also have a dehumidifier which comes in very handy.

Not sure how this place is rated as low as it is because we had an amazing stay here! All of the staff were friendly and helpful, whether it came to questions about the area or about your stay, they were responsive. Our room was clean -the pillows weren’t that great (hard and fluffed). Just a step off the beach, perfect for swimming in calm water, snorkeling or sunbathing. Not too windy! The restaurant and bar were great as well. Within walking distance of restaurants; we went to the art hop thing and had a blast. Overall a 10/10 for us! No complaints

The hotel did not seem that busy which was a bonus. Great beach and views. Ocean was lovely. Ok bar, and food options. Lots of other options close by - multiple within walking distance.

Our room was very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff has been friendly and kind during our stay. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. The food in the restaurant is really good too.

The location cannot be beaten, steps from the beach, spectacular views. he restaurant is worth skipping, if you have options. I thought it was average at best. The cocktails are fabulous and good value for money. Definitely try the Coco Pirata

Great time all together! Celebrando Mothers day. Staff de verdad maravilloso. Waleska excelente, ella de verdad que mantiene las habitaciones super limpias y tan amable. Alam nos ayudo a llevar pertenencias al cuarto y de verdad que el fue muy amable con todo. Gorgi en la piscina pendiente al orden y seguridad. De verdad que lo recomiendo al 100 .

Great Service but outdated

We have been staying at this hotel for decades. The service is great but the place needs upgrades and the hallways could use some TLC. There are a lot of spiders and mosquitoes on the hallways.

Love love love

This was the hotel that made me think that if you do your work with love and have a good relationship with your coworkers (or at least seem like it), it will show positively to the guests too. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and seemed like were family to each other. I loved the extra detail and effort they put in. For example, when we asked for beach towels, they could have just honored our request. But, instead they go the further distance of mentioning "by the way we have umbrellas and chairs too, do you want those as well"? Situations like these has happened many times. I felt the front desk was really patient with me with my questions too. I loved the decor and the detail (e.g. the spherical "plants" around the hotel). I felt very comfortable there. Only negative things I can think of is there was this awkward step in our room leading to the bathroom that I stumbled the first few times on, with me not getting used to it yet. Also, I tried having an Amazon delivery sent there, but it ended up getting sent back because their listed address isn't the address you're supposed to use, but they should be sent to a PO Box instead. I think when I called the place to check on this they didn't mention it (and I believe they said the listed address would be good and to just make sure to include my name). This may be the same around all of PR? I want to come back and wish I could have booked more nights to try out more of the amenities and explore the area!
