Went I check in I tell them I am a wheelchair person and I will need transportation in the morning to the airport front desk said no problem there is a shuttle bus that go every 30 minutes to the airport Next morning went I came down to go to the airport the driver said to.me that he will not take me because his back hurt and he will not lift my chair I went to the front desk and they will not do anything to help me one employee told me to call a Uber to take me to the airport and that what I did call a Uber that took me to the airport nobody in that hotel help a wheelchair person

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos online—modern rooms, clean spaces, and updated amenities. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room I stayed in was outdated, musty, and nowhere near as clean or well-kept as the photos suggested. The carpet was stained, the furniture was worn, and the air conditioning barely worked. Even the common areas looked tired and in need of attention. It’s clear that the pictures online are either very old or heavily edited. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and several of the amenities listed online were unavailable or not functioning. It felt like I had been sold one experience and given something completely different. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel unless major updates are made—starting with more honest advertising.

The first room was not ready and was a smokers room. The bext room was nice and was comfortable. Only one elevator worked the bar and restruant was shut down and closed off. No ice or snakes were available on 4th floor. Shuttle to airport and parking were good.

Renovating but made up.for it. Staff went extra mile over and over to give best rate, extra hour to check out. No hassle deposit refund. Capable and courteous. Shuttle service almost on demand, ten minute wait. So the pool is closed. Only complaint:vending machine for soda $3. Or2.50 water.

The website said there would be an early shuttle for him. My early flight, but it was not available, and I had to use an Uber. The general appearance is more run down than it was 4 years ago. When I was there at which time it was just fine.

The hotel is older and not particularly well maintained. The bed was comfy but the blinds didn’t shut properly and there was a big light outside the window. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The toilet didn’t always flush properly. It was fine for one night of sleeping.

Shuttle service wasn’t available when we arrived at the airport in ATL. Was stranded and another hotel shuttle offered to bring me to the hotel, that wasn’t even affiliated with Ramada. Deadbolt wouldn’t lock on my door. Told me there wasn’t any other rooms and security got called to check and security told front desk to give us another room for safety. I
