入住當天發生了意外 we booked it through hotels.com n I didn’t receive any confirmation email. Until we arrived the hotel, we just found out that we didn’t hv the Pw code to enter the building. Because it was at10pm, My friend and I just Couldn’t find anyone help. We sent an email to ask and we stood in the street for almost one hour in 1 degree.After maybe half and hour later, the confirmation email just suddenly popped up with their replying email . We suspected that they failed to send the email when I booked the hotel before and it showed up with the replying email. Please double check if u hv a late check in as same as me. Otherwise u can’t seek for anyhelp

離市中心有點距離,但其實都可以用走的(只要有體力) 我跟我朋友就從住宿點走到市集過,最遠有走到Hakaniemi Market Hall(有點累就是了) 附近有超市,也可以多走幾步路到地鐵站裡的超市(比較大),買食材很方便

適合較長天數的居住 公寓周圍環境寧靜 但距離各景點的距離都很近 雖然有許多自動化的設備 但是並沒有使用說明 例如洗衣機 都是芬蘭文 根本無法使用 櫃檯人員的服務熱忱 有待加強 該公寓同時有多棟出租 有管理者中心人員負責check in和check out ,但是並不會有專人帶你去入住 必須要拿著鑰匙根據櫃檯人員口述自己找房子 對於首次入住的人會花比較多時間 推薦給英文較佳 方向感良好 有公寓住宿經驗的旅人

離鬧區非常近，超市走不到3分鐘就到了～公寓很溫暖舒服！但是沒電梯，公寓在4樓，行李太重要搬上去真的很累⋯

I had problems checking in. I followed the instruction to open the key box but there was no key inside the key box. I tried to call to the number online and it was saying number unavailable. I waited with our luggage’s for about 1hour didn’t know what to do. Then i called to the number at the door, the manager came about 20 mins later to open the door for us. She was very kind and friendly and apologised for what happened. The room was suitable for one person stay with a single bed. The entrance was indeed a bit dangerous, where there is a wooden platform placed on top of the stairs, i think the purpose is to ease rolling the luggage. But it was a bit unstable, so it is not so suitable for elderly people to walk on the platform to the room. Overall cleanliness was good, good location and value for money.

The place is very conveniently located but unfortunately that is the only positive note I can make about CityKoti Downtown Apartments. When we checked into the hotel we noticed that it wasn't as clean as we would have liked it to be. There were strands of hair from the previous occupants still on the pillow cases and odd stains on the bed and sheets. The kettle that was left available was also not functional and we noticed a distinctive smoke smell on the towels. When I reached out to customer service with my concerns, they said they would look into and never followed up. I've reached out to them again and they still haven't responded. I would say staying at this place definitely put a damper on our time in Helsinki.

Proche de toutes commodité, lidl a coté, la douche avait une marche un peu dangereuse. Il ya une armoire non fonctionnelle du coup peu d endroit pour ranger les affaires. Le lit superposé n etait pas fait a mon arrivé. Sinon il y a tout pr cuisiner c est top
