Bem pertinho da estação de trem, bem localizado, confortável, limpo, boa relação custo benefício. Passamos 2 noites e Nicolló (anfitrião) nos recepcionou muito bem, servindo até um pequeno café no dia seguinte. Elevador e banheiros pequenos, prédio antigo mas apartamento muito bem conservado.

Great Service and would highly recommend

Fantastic service!! We received information about the city and where to go and we could easily store our luggage on the day of check out. We were upgraded and the room was very nice you can hear other guests when they in the shared kitchen area but all were very nice and respectful. We really enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend

Such a stunning bed and breakfast! The host was extremely hospitable and provided excellent service! The location meant that everything was in a walkable distance as well! Definitely recommend staying here is you’re visiting Florence :)

Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and room. A bit difficult to find outside with google maps but there is a sign by the door. Very welcoming and helpful owner. Able to walk to train station and good restaurants/centre Florence.

Great place, great area! 25-30 minutes walking to everything. Nicolle is a great host! Crispy Clean room ! Just a warning : very small shower cabin, so if you are very big person - wouldn't recomend.

A wonderful stay at BandB Firenze Cittadella8.

We had a wonderful stay of four nights at this place. It’s located in walking distance from the historic centre of Florence. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. No traffic noise and no disturbance from the neighbourhood. The service from Niccolo, the owner, was outstanding. He’s helpful, friendly and very service minded! We arrived very late in the evening because of a delayed flight, but he was there when we arrived at the B&B. He also speaks fluent English and Spanish, which was a benefit for us. There’s no breakfast there, but Niccolo will make a very good coffee or cappuccino for you in the morning. All in all it was a ten out of ten stars experience for us, and we can highly recommend a stay at this place!

Great spot to base a small to medium tour of Firenze this was our second destination in Italy after Rome and we stayed in this b&b for 4 nights, it was quiet, comfortable, and most importantly for us, it was within walkable distance from all major attractions in florence. Nico, our host, was very accommodating and had excellent manners and even helped us to find recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was a little awkward as an american because the shower is separated from the "toilet room" but i know this is common in europe, but otherwise i really can not complain about anything with our stay, it made a great romantic getaway in the beautiful city of florence
