Nickah who was working at the reception was absolutely incredible. The customer service was so outstanding way beyond any hotel I have stayed at. Absolutely fantastic. Visited Madrid during a heat wave and arrived with serious jet lag from Los Angeles. The Thompson provided a perfect room to recover - extremely comfortable bed, delicious room service meals, blackout curtains and total silence all night - oh, and perfect air conditioning. They secured me a 5:30am taxi and wake up call upon departure. The rooftop pool is magnificent. Will be staying here again and again.
