Our 3rd stay at the apartment complex which we like. This time we had the breakfast. The downside was that the room where it was served was too small and cluttered. The solarium is a wasted space without sunbeds

Do not stay there. The room offers a ridiculous, extremely uncomfortable sofa bed. The sheets were not even set. The room has no A/C. We asked for a portable fan - they said they would put it in a room but didn’t do it. Finally the attention at reception was Rudd overall. It seems like they didn’t care.

Looks good, but that’s it

Beautiful building but that’s it.. check-in really late compared to other hotels (5PM when other check us in at 2-3PM) and for what? We had to make our own beds, towels were ripped, soap was empty, no water bottles and still an early check-out at 10AM with a threat of being charged an extra night if you’re late — don’t forget to take out the garbage and remake the bed too. Oh and there’s no AC and do not even bother asking for a fan, they’ll tell you it’s mentioned on the reservation that they don’t have a cooling system. And on top of all that, it’s not the cheapest hotel, I was expecting more.

Nice hotel close to beaches

Great hotel, good condition, everything worked as intended and it was comfortable. However if you stay on side of the road it’s way to noisy, very loud cars and motorcycles, not forgetting the glas container that was emptied at 7:30 am. The biggest issue is if you stay in summer, no A/C makes it very uncomfortable, the heat is way too much to handle. The staff helped us, did what they could to assist so a big compliment here, they managed to get us a better room. Still, when temperatures go up I wouldn’t make this my favorite destination, it’s beautiful though.

Property is ok, not having Air Conditioning was expected, poor ventilation and no fans was not. Buildings not designed to endure temps close to 40 yet was over. Would make me think twice about booking there again in July-August.

Great indoor pool & spa and small outside pool.Underground parking was tricky - not clear how to access it - description of procedure on website would be helpful (waiting area in blue bays outside) then check in to get the code to access the parking. The main issue was a lack of air con in the apartment (wrongly assumed it would be included in a newish building). Consequently the ground floor apartment was stuffy and a bit unpleasant.

Great location but why no air conditioning?

Very strange to find a newly built hotel with NO AIR CONDITIONING! The receptionist kindly lent us a fan which helped a little. There was no extractor fan in the toilet either, which meant it smelled pretty bad. The location is fantastic and the views of the sea are stunning. At the end of our stay, we were expected to clean the apartment, strip the beds and remove all rubbish. Not a major problem but we weren’t expecting this.

Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to the info on the booking- no parasols are but the pool area and earned- there is no food/drink provision after breakfast. Finally, remember they’ll hold a 150euro deposit to ensure you leave the appt “tidy” - so make sure you do. Would stay here again but the above points would improve the overall experience.

Our room was rather dirty The kettle was filthy and had a brown skin on bottom of it , the pots hadn’t been washed by previous occupants . The tiled floor was dirty and walls covered in marks When we reported this to receptionist we were told this is the normal for dirty walls and floors and they done nothing about it The toilet brush was filthy and toilet was dirty The bedroom door couldn’t close because it hit the bed There is no exterior lighting to property and passageways can be very dark at nighttime Reception says open to 8pm was closed earlier twice during stay cause staff were in the gym working out

Bonjour, Soyons honnête, je suis déçu de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Premièrement, concernant la propreté de l'appartement, il était dans un état lamentable, entre cheveux jonchant sur le sol, trace sur le sol, etc. En outre, il y avait plein de mouton de poussière tant sur le sol que sur les équipements de la cuisine. Une chose est sur, les toiles d'araignée / de poussière étaient là depuis fort longtemps. Deuxièmement, concernant la qualité de la literie, elle est vivement à revoir : le canapé lit, qui grince dès que l'on bouge, le matelas de la chambre qui a un creux au milieu etc. Néanmoins, la salle de bien était bien. Concernant le personnel, le Monsieur à l'accueil était vraiment très gentil et à l'écoute de ses clients. D'ailleurs merci pour le prêt du café. Concernant l'espace détente, rien à redire, ça fait du bien après une longue journée. Enfin, nous avons été surpris de constater qu'il revient aux client de fournir leur propre papier WC et que la chambre n'était pas nettoyer du week-end et selon la dame de l'accueil c'est normal car ce sont des appartements. Appartement oui, mais dans un complexe hôtelier ! Prévenir en amont les clients serait une bonne idée. Bref, nous avons tout de même passé un bon week-end malgré ces petits désagréments. Nous recommandons tout de même l'établissement mais conseillons plus de transparence à ce dernier à l'égard de ses clients.

Etablissement agréable et propre, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Les chambres avec kitchenette sont bien équipées et la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Points négatifs : je rejoins les commentaires d’autres voyageurs. Les murs et plafonds de la piscine intérieure sont fortement dégradés. Le hammam ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour. La literie est dans un état très dégradé : le matelas, d’une hygiène perfectible, est complètement affaissé. Enfin, le lit d’appoint n’était pas fait à notre arrivée, ce qui paraît surprenant pour un établissement revendiquant 4 étoiles.
