Hidden costs...

Good property, but this unit is not part of the hotel that also operates in the building. the front desk could not help with various items, including complaint about neighbor room smoking and cigarette smell coming into our unit, requesting soap, toilet paper, etc. We were required to contact someone via text message to ask for toilet paper and were told they did not provide and we had to purchase our own. Towels were also not changed unless we paid for it and were told it had to be paid via a local money transfer (I dont have a local bank account). The property overall was good, but wish they would not be cheap on these small items (toilet paper pack cost $2 at the supermarket). I highly recommend booking a room with the actual hotel (Comfort Suites) instead of Anora. Its the same room, but comes with the service you expect when traveling, as well as a front desk who can assist, no extra charge for parking, towels, room service, cleaning, etc.

Apartamento limpo, agradável, visão linda da cidade. chuveiro é uma delícia, cozinha equipada com fogão por indução, cafeteira, panelas que fazem o básico - como fazer um bife, um omelete...só sentí uma falta de sanduicheira. Secador dá pra tirar o molhado do cabelo. Lá é 110v - pra quem tem essa dúvida. O quarto é ótimo, o condominio tem piscina coberta, academia que dá pro gasto, sauna (não funcionou quando fui), mas parece agradável e tem que avisar 30m antes que vai usar. O local é ótimo, perto de tudo! voltaria a hospedar com certeza. e recomendo.

A estadia foi ótima! O espaço estava muito limpo e confortável. O quarto possui um blackout incrível que nos permitiu descansar muito! Ar condicionado e chuveiro muito potentes. Edredom de hotel maravilhoso. Quarto bastante silencioso. Perfeito para descansar e é maior do que as fotos aparentam. O único ponto baixo para mim é que um travesseiro era de pena de ganso, que eu particularmente acho muito ruim. Mas tinha uma segunda opção de “espuma” e eu acredito que o suporte também resolveria se eu solicitasse. Ainda encontrei água na geladeira e pó de café disponível caso eu quisesse utilizar. Voltaria novamente, sem dúvidas!
