Charm in Rhodes

We had a lovely stay here with Helen, the manager making sure our every need was taken care of. This boutique hotel is in exactly the right location, just a few blocks from three beaches, the Old Town, the harbour and the shopping district and great restaurants. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to our friends.

Clean and spacious room. Helen, as a staff, would do everything for you to help out. No onsite breakfast, however, You could have breakfast at a nearby restaurant via vouchers.

Absolutely loved it here! We stayed in the executive suite and it was beautiful and clean. The receptionist was so kind and helpful with everything. Parking was also easy and convenient. We will definitely be back next time we are in Rhodes.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the middle of Rhodes Town. Helen was so friendly and helpful, no matter what questions we had. Lots of restaurants close by, including two vegetarian restaurants. Couldn't recommend more!

Phenomenal location, very attentive host

Fabulous stay. Helen was extremely attentive, frequently checking in to see how we were doing and helping us plan our stay. One morning we took an early ferry to Symi and she arranged a taxi to the boat and then met us with spanakopita for our breakfast! Lovely hotel, very good location, very peaceful setting near lots of restaurants. Easy walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Words cannot express how our stay was! Helen our lovely hostess went WAY beyond our expectations. Caring and empathetic as I broke my foot while walking around, she arranged getting me, ice a taxi for the hospital and a place to by a fracture boot always in contact. The only downside we found was the bathroom for the room was up a set of stairs. At night, it would be helpful if these was easy lighting in this area. Otherwise, we loved the room and the area.

This lovely boutique hotel was the perfect place to celebrate a special birthday. It was ideally located for beaches, Rhodes Old Town and Mandraki harbour and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable and the suite was well equipped. What made it really special was the welcome and the care we received from Helen, the manager. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left nothing was too much trouble. Helen was so kind and friendly and we felt as if we were holidaying with a friend rather than just staying in a hotel as guests. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Helen is maybe the most wonderful host I’ve ever stayed with. She loves what she does and treats her guests like family (in the good way, not in the “I had to go home for the holidays” way). She was always accessible if needed and takes pride in the property as well as the town of Rhodes. Have any questions about the island or need suggestions for your stay? Just ask Helen as she has it all at her fingertips. 5 stars isn’t enough for this rating.

Exceptional service and location

We had a wonderful stay at Via Villa Illioti . Helen the manager went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional with great tips on places to see and restaurants to eat at. The location of the villa was within a short walk to the beach, the old town, restaurants and shopping! We highly recommend!
