Room was okay. We asked for late check out weather related as we were traveling back to Soo. Said okay but for 3500. Not real nice as there have been lots of storms and I did explain. We travel to Okemos often and will stay elsewhere. Best western here and Nashville were not a good experience for us. Call if you really care. Thank you

Breakfast was the highlight for sure. Hot and plentiful. The pool was PACKED with kids splashing. Our kids only swam for a little bit and stated it didn’t feel heated either. The room was missing extra linens for the pullout bed and we had to go down to the front desk to request some. No elevator near the suites which made it difficult to carry suitcases up the steps.
