I would happily stay at Selina's again. Our deluxe room was all we could want (apart from missing black tea bags!) and we loved the retro furnishings. It was such a good choice for a cheaper night in the city walking distance to Suncorp Stadium and lots of public transportation to the surrounding areas the only thing that could possibly be a negative was the elevator was broken for a couple of hours the night we stayed but the staircase was in good condition for people that can use them
