This was our first time in Rome. The hotel is really cute, the rooms are nice, and the staff is so sweet. We enjoyed our stay here and would deffinitely stay again. Its on the outskirts of the city centre so its not touristy or crowded, and it's only a 5 min walk to the Metro.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend, however I would stay in a different neighborhood upon returning to Rome. Facilities: clean room, good air con, good water and bathroom services, lovely complement continental breakfast, quiet location. The smallest hotel room over ever experienced in Europe. I expected small and this did not disappoint! 😂 Staff: friendly enough, only two staff spoke English, Daniele and Roxanna were delightful, do prepare some Italian. Location: quiet, safe, residential, near bus and train lines. No nightlife or tourist activities nearby, 15 minute bus or train to everything a visitor wants to see our do.

Hotel très confortable, la réceptionniste du matin nous a vraiment aidé. Elle a appelé pour l’agence de location mais lorsque nous sommes revenus pour récupérer nos bagages, après une journée de visite à Rome, la deuxième réceptionniste ne nous a pas autorisé à aller dans les toilettes elle nous a dit que c’était pour le personnel, nous étions choqué à part ça il n’y a une odeur insupportable dans les toilettes ça sent les égouts. Nous n’avons rien pu faire, nous avons mis du shampooing nous avons prévenu la réceptionniste mais le problème est vraiment récurrent et ça donne envie de vomir. Sinon l’hôtel est bien placé le petit déjeuner. Beaucoup trop simple le minimum Est pas important. Ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles c’est un 3étoiles

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das meiste Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war kostenlos und sehr lecker – ein echtes Highlight! Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin, die nur Italienisch sprach, nicht besonders höflich. Zudem fehlte während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts die Klobrille, was den Komfort eingeschränkt hat.

Das Zimmer war schön und alles war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Bei unserem Fernseher gab es keinen Empfang, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Was wirklich schlecht war, war der Service beim Frühstück. Angekündigt für 7:30 Uhr kam aber die Servicekraft immer erst einiges später, war immer unfreundlich und hat einem den Kaffee auf den Tisch geknallt. Man sollte einfach nicht im Service arbeiten, wenn man dazu keine Lust hat. So wurde einem der schöne Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt
