Breakfast was good enough and nice to see it included. Once you find the entrance, be sure to go to the third floor to check in. The close proximity was the star of the show. Most all of our day trips started nearby. Great shops, cafes, pizzerias nearby. We would recommend and stay there next time.

Location was good. Good restaurants around the corner and easy to walk to the nearby fortress. Hop on and off bus was located nearby making it easy to tour the city. Odd location inside of an office building. Felt like staying inside of an IKEA. We walked with luggage to the cruise ship dock which took about 15 minutes.

Place seemed to be refurbished recently and everything looked good. But our room was next to the entrance door that makes a very strong buzz noise whenever someone tries to enter. Woke me up several times during the night. Still people are nice and breakfast was fantastic

Nice hotel. Unusual as reception was on the 3rd floor which was reached via secure buzzer system. Very clean throughout, some traffic noise but not too bad. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. We had an issue with hot water but this was remedied quickly. Downside was lack of sockets to charge equipment. Good breakfast. I would a recommend a stay here.

In the blazing heat, our air conditioner did not work. It was hell. on the 2nd night, it decided to work but not very well, however, it did cool the room slightly which was welcomed in the scorching heat.

I was pretty disappointed when I got to the hotel, it didn’t look like the pictures at all. The photos online made it seem much nicer than it actually was, which was a letdown and really took away from the experience. AC took for ever to catch set point and we are in May, imaging this situation in July with real hot weather, main was not closing properly (had to struggle to lock it down), the safe box did not work. Wait there is more, I have to mention that the hotel is in the 3er fl of a residential building[, but it was only one night and let it go. That said, the people working there really made a difference. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. It’s just too bad that the actual look and feel of the hotel didn’t live up to what was shown online. Overall, great staff, but the place itself wasn’t what I expected.

Fantastic location within close proximity to the old town, spagnoli quarter and port. The rooms were clean and the shower very good. However the air con did not work so had to sleep with the door open which meant it was very load from the road noise and we were bitten alive by mosquitos. We had no fridge or safety deposit box in the room as the amenities listed. We were able to use the kitchen fridge and the staff provided a safety box but we could not get it to work. The beds were very uncomfortable it was two singles pushed together which meant throughout the night they would move apart and the bottom sheet would pull away from the bed. Breakfast was very simple a bit too basic, there were pastries, cold meats and a few hot items but the coffee was awful. Overall a clean hotel in a great location but not a pleasant stay.
