The staffs were courteous and pleasant. Free drink and coffee provided. The rooms are a bit clean. Beds are comfy. It's a safe neighborhood. Not many choices of restaurants and stores are within a walking distance. However, the place is satisfactory.

The rooms are very sparse. Comfy big bed, TV with netflix, prime etc that we used once. The bathroom is tight and the shower has no door so tossing down a towel is needed. The staff were AWESOME THOUGH!!! There are convenience stores nearby, lots of fresh water on demand (free), a fridge and freezer available if needed, laundry service for longer stays. Located close to the main city square where, it seems, there is always something happening. Merida is a good home base for many outings to ancient ruins or cool cenotes. The hotel was all we needed for our base. It is certainly not 5 star but I would recommend it for those who just need a safe base from which to operate.

The staff is exceptional at this property! It is a very basic room, and the bathroom is very small with no shower curtain in the king size bedroom. There is a safe in the room. But no refrigerator. They do, however let you use theirs, as well as the microwave. Always fresh coffee every morning. Nancy at the desk will do anything she can to help you. She was amazing! This sits on a bus line and the streets are very crowded all the time! It is a quick six block walk to the main Square. They do have a nice size patio on the second floor, however, rude loud guests kept us up a couple of nights! We stayed 16 nights.

Excelente localização, equipe atenciosa e quartos confortáveis. Somente algumas observações que podem melhorar: no quarto poderia ter um espelho maior, pois só tinha o do banheiro, no banheiro senti falta de ganchos para colocar as tolhas e também de prateleiras para colocar sabonete e shampoo.

Muy buena atención... Nos esperaron hasta que llegamos en la madrugada para hacer check in.... tiene un estacionamiento pequeño. Un punto malo es que, si otras personas hacen ruido fuera del cuarto se escucha o si tienen la tele con volumen muy alto. El centro queda como a 15 minutos caminando y ahí se encuentran varios lugares para comer.

Baño reducido

El baño de las habitación de una cama es extremadamente reducido, el inodoro está pegado a la pared y eso hace muy difícil sentarse, para usarlo solo es posible sentarse de lado, sin embargo las habitaciones de dos camas tienen el inodoro a buena distancia, también las ventanas no aislan el ruido exterior y se nos hizo difícil dormir por el ruido. Respecto a la habitación, está limpia, las camas y almohadas son cómodas.

Mala calidad del internet, área de estancia para relajarse y tomar el sol. Con sillas y mesas podridas, y me sacaron de una manera grosera de la habitación, no me dejaron que me terminara de bañar y me cobraron 200 pesos extras, jamás regresaría a este Hotel,. pésimo servicio

El baño es sumamente pequeño e incómodo, el estacionamiento tambien es pequeño, por lo que te arriesgas a recibir raspones de otros autos o los pilares al salir. No hubo internet la mayor parte de la estancia. Lo salva que está limpio y la amabilidad de los empleados, tambien la cama es cómoda.
