Would stay here again.

A great location in the downtown area. Close to transport options, but walkable, and a vast variety of cuisines to select from in the local cafes and restaurants. Despite limited hours for reception, after hours checkin was straightforward and easy.

Positives - room is extremely clean, hotel is well located near the subway with lots of dining options around. There's a decent sized supermarket as well. Despite the reception isn't 24hrs, the staff is very responsive via chat on Expedia. Negatives - when the neighbour comes back, the door closes with such force that it rattles the entire wall (pretty sure it's the same for them when we return). The design of the room can be vastly improved to maximised the small space in the room. The room didn't feel secure as it's possible to climb through the window via the emergency stairs structure.

Lovely property conveniently located to walk to many things in Toronto. The room was small but very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Great to have one of the parking spots and easy to have the fee included with the room. We would stay again!

We stayed in the king room on the first floor and it was a delight. Our giant windows faced the street and the room was nice and warm. The bathroom was spotless, the ceilings were high and though there was tape around the air conditioner, it didn't take away from this space. The people at the front desk we checked in and out with were darling and the entire time we felt taken care of. They even left us a note and some chocolates upon telling them my partner and I were heading into the city together for the first time. They give you a set of keys to let yourself into the building and your room and it was nice being independent and streamlining the process. It's absolutely worth the price and we'll be visiting here again. (also, go to Chuch Street Espresso around the corner for your morning coffee, it was delicious and friendly, opens at 7am)
