We booked for one night but ended not staying due to change of plan and don’t want to stay for the night. The service desk was friendly but a little slow. They gave us two key cards to the room but both of them did not work the first time and I had to go back to the front desk to have them reactivated the key cards to the room. When we entered the room, I checked the room condition, the desk was old and had some damage on the surface, had a full cup of red juice from Captain D sitting on one of the nightstand, the bath tub has a spray cleaner sitting on the bath tub, the phone had a blinking red light with messages and the fitted sheet had yellow stain on the sheet. I called the front desk to see if they can assist with turning off the blinking light and asked for an extra bed sheet and blanket. The front desk lady was nice but didn’t know how to turn off the blinking red light and she will bring the extra sheet and blanket in about 10 minutes because she was with a quest . We had to be at somewhere so I asked my husband to go get the sheet and the blanket after 10 minutes went by. We left the hotel for about an hour, came back to the hotel and had a change of plan so we checked out that same day at around 8pm. We decided not to stay for the night because we are not comfortable with the room due to the condition and cleanliness. I wish the hotel should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. We will never stay there again.
