Great hotel in great location

A decent hotel situated in the heart of the city. Metro and train stations are within 5 minutes walk, supermarket just steps away and lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was spotless though not really spacious. It’s well equip and the bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and never failed to show their smiles.

Selling unavailable room configurations

The stay was all good, except that this hotel is selling room configurations that they don’t have available. I booked a room with two beds, but got one bed… Not exactly the best outcome after a 900 km drive on a business trip with a colleague.

If your going to this hotel do NOT stay in rooms 104/204/304/404 unless you would enjoy staying in a broom closet with zero natural light next to the lift and the staff cleaning cupboard. Not what you expect when the picture on the website do not reflect reality..

Excellent location in Lisbon

The hotel is located in a best area: near metro, train to airport, near the famous Elevator de Santa Justa, tram #15 and #28. Rossio train to Sintra is nearby, including 3 metro stops to cruise terminal.There are many good restaurants nearby. Good hotel breakfast and friendly staffs. Strongly recommended for a visit to Lisbon.

Two nights in Lisbon

I recently travelled to Lisbon with three friends. After a long night of travel, we arrived at the hotel before 8:00am. We were greeted by Filippe, who was absolutely delightful. Although the hotel was fully booked and our rooms were not ready yet, he helped us store our bags, and offered us a pastry while we freshened up before going out to do some sightseeing. He also offered us important information about the surrounding area, including restaurant recommendations. On the following day, we again saw Filippe in the reception area, and he went out of his way to greet us and to inquire if there was anything that he could do to improve our stay. All of the staff at the hotel displayed excellent customer service, but Filippe, in particular, was exceptional. He was our first real point of contact, arriving in Portugal for the first time, and his attentiveness and desire to help us made for an overall exceptional experience at the hotel.

Satisfactory stay

The hotel is clean and well decorated. Our room was not so big and the only window opened onto a service courtyard. The breakfast was a bit limited, I felt. The location is good. Overall, I would say satisfactory.

Brilliant stay.

The hotel itself was absolute amazing. Brilliant rooms with everything I needed. Staff were exceptional. The only downside was the breakfast which wasn’t provided by the hotel but by an annexed coffee shop. They tended not to Offer a range of drinks or replenish when items were needed. As guests don’t pay for this and the hotel does I think the hotel need to have a word!!
