The staff are wonderful and were very helpful to accommodate our wheelchair mobility needs. The property is clean and comfortable and in an excellent downtown location. Our room had excellent climate control with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. We were provided with generous, fresh and tasty breakfast boxes as we had a morning flight. We have stayed here 3 times and will absolutely stay again!

Great front desk staff, friendly housekeeping team, great location! Highly recommend. It was my birthday on our second day of our stay and the front desk team surprised me with a birthday cake! That made me feel so special! Hotel was in great location and even though our room faced the busy plaza, it was very quiet and the only time we heard the excitement from outside was when we opened our window! Hotel close to metro and meet up locations of our day tours. I would stay at this hotel again

Our flight to Lisbon was excrutiatingly long and eventful so it was a blessing to arrive to a hotel where the reception staff were so friendly and hellful, and a clean and super well-located property. Even a lovely view and a window that opened for fresh air. Thank you SO much! Yes, we lost a night’s payment because we had to make too many changes to the original booking but the hotel totally made up for that on all other aspects.

The staff was really helpful in giving recommendations around things to do in the area, where to get medications and overall. The air conditioning was powerful and on even when we weren't in the room which is hard to find in Europe. The rooms were always well cleaned by house keeping. Wi-fi was fast.

This hotel was situated in the best place! It overlooks beautiful Rossio Square and you go down the main walkway street through the stone arch to the huge white square and the sea. We loved the hotel, very comfortable bed and vety clean & stylish bsthroom with a great shower! We were lucky to have a great view too. The train station is a 2 minute walk down the street, we took the direct train to Sintra which we highly recommend, the walk on the Moorish Castle was stunning!
