We asked for a non-smoking room, we got a room that had cigarette burns on the furniture and top blankets. The bathroom smelled of mildew and had visible mold. We stayed from 10pm-4am. We would not have stayed at all except we were too tired to drive safely at that point. We had already been on the road for more than 12 hours.

Shower tub have mold. The pillow is dirty. The wall is yellow stain, look like the cleaner never clean it. The window have hole, can feel windy enter from outside. No towels, some food leftover in microwave. Customer services worker were not there.

Very first day we get the elevator it smells like somebody been smoking marijuana. the second day we needed towels cuz we only had one towel and one rag when we came but they had no towels or bags. they didn't have none the whole time we stayed there the room was kind of nasty the toilet was leaking water in the floor every time you flushed it because it was loose. I got a good price but honestly it wasn't even worth it
