Zimmer nicht so gut / Personal sehr engagiert

Zimmer werden als Nichtraucher deklariert. Es roch jedoch sehr nach Rauch. Bad nicht so schön. Alle Sanitärgeräte hatten Risse, kein Duschvorhang. Reinigung nur auf Anforderung. Das Personal reißt jedoch vieles raus. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

De mensen waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. We kwamen aan met 3 mensen, we kregen een bed voor 2 personen. Zeggen ze dat een 16-jarig kind er tussen moest liggen?! Moesten we extra bij betalen voor een kamer met 3 bedden!! Daarnaast moesten we zelf de hele tijd vragen voor handdoeken, wc-papier en het verschonen van de bedden. Dit gebeurde namelijk niet vanzelf. De hotelkamer zelf was van extreem lage kwaliteit. Het bed had gewoon vlekken erin! Bed was ook super hard en kussen was extreem dun. Mijn tapijt thuis ligt nog beter. Laat me de badkamer niet vergeten. Badkamer was een nachtmerrie. Met een blik leek het alsof de badkamer vol met ontlasting zat. Hele vieze kleur. Er kwam nauwelijks tot geen warm water uit de douche, het was gewoon koud. Daarnaast kwam er extreem weinig water uit de douche. Het is makkelijker om te douchen onder de kraan. Kraan had ook geen warm water. Het douchegordijn zag eruit alsof iemand zijn kont ermee had afgeveegd. Snap ik wel als je geen wc-papier krijgt. Er was een leuk Europees stopcontact, bleek het dat ie het niet deed. Daarnaast lagen alle stopcontacten bijna in Abu Dhabi ergens in de hoeken van de kamer. Je had een ventilator in de douchecabine en er zat meer stof in dan in een volle stofzuigerzak. Verder top hotel👍

The staff was friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, the desk people did not have the answers to most of our questions: Where is the nearest post office, train station, money exchange, how to get from here to there, etc. They should have a map of the area surrounding the hotel with key landmarks displayed, a bus map and a train map. The back of the building is very noisy and very dirty. There is an empty parking lot that locals use to play cricket, volleyball and congregate until late. Of course, they also use that area to take care of their human needs. Thanks.

Voglio consigliare a chi leggerà le recensioni, Non prendere mai mai questo albergo.Un esperienza molto brutta, Dopo che ho prenotato con tanto anticipo poi ho scritto a loro l’orario per il check-in, alla fine quando ero arivata al albergo alle 05 del mattino dopo un notte non dormita di viaggio mi sono trovata gli a sentire che io non risulto che ho qualche prenotazione preso il loro hotel! Sono rimasta molto delusa! Lo sconsiglio anche per come ho trovato l’altro albergo ( perche alla fine ci hanno messo nel 2 hotel di loro) lasciava proprio desiderare.👎👎👎👎👎

Nicht Buchen, wenn man sich nicht ärgern will

Die Zimmer sind stark abgewohnt, der Teppichboden ist zum Teil stark verschmutzt, die Fenster lassen sich nicht gut öffnen bzw schließen. Personal ist bemüht. Restaurant haben wir nicht getest. Das Hotel hat wohl auch schon öfter den Namen gewechselt z.b Dallas Hotel oder OYO 118. Ich buche es nicht nochmal.

This is an older property. The rooms are big and comfortable but the washrooms need to be updated and their cleanliness improved. The location is good close to metro. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Doreen who is excellent and understands Western standards of service and cleanliness. The restaurant in the hotel seems to be mostly closed or the chef is late/dies not show outside don’t depend on it especially at breakfast!

Room quality is very poor

Rooms bed sheets and pillows had someones hairs over them. Shower is very small and the water pressure is low. Bed is hard and couldn’t sleep well. Furniture’s quality is poor, for example wardrobe’s doors squeeks and it feels like it will break down any moment. Size of trash cans are comically small and you got 2 of them in the whole room… but the staff was nice and helpful :)

WORST HOTEL IN DUBAI! DISGUSTING!!

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE BATHROOM, REFRIGERATOR, ON LIVING ROOM WALL. HAIR ON THE BEDS, BARELY ANY WATER PRESSURE TO SHOWER. We had the receptionist come up so he can see for himself how nasty it was and had to book another hotel immediately. Unfortunately this nasty hotel does not want to refund me for the one night despite having their workers come to the room and see for themselves how disgusting the room was. Hotels.com has not been able to reach them via phone either. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! SOMETIMES CHEAP ISN'T BETTER! Ghaya Grand Hotel is 10000000 times better.

I rode you a letter already I came to this place and it was nothing like the pictures then everything didn't work and had to be fixed while I was there from the blow dryer to very little water in the shower had to ask them for everything and had to ask for them to bring up hot water for tea no teapot I spent a lot of money on this place to stay here and it was very depressing the walls were dirty the housekeeping lady was very nice but half the time I couldn't get towels because the laundry wasn't in very poor I really expect some kind of compensation on this ruined my vacation

Hôtel idéal pour un très court séjour, le restaurant est bon malgré une carte étoffée mais hélas la moitié des plats ne sont pas pas disponible .Le mouton bryani est excellent.La salle de bain aurais besoin de travaux. La literie est parfaite.Ils oublie parfois de faire la chambre malgré l écriteau à la porte. Le personnel est courtois est très serviable.
