This is a pretty expensive property based on the actual conditions that has the apartment!! I paid 300 usd per night!! The kitchen is really bad, the balcony is pretty poor furniture and the fence is in bad condition, the furniture for the house it’s pretty basic!! It need a huge maintenance!!! If the owner doesn’t make an urgent overhaul for the property, it isn’t a good option to rent!!!!

The location was a major highlight of this property and very convenient, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall maintenance of the unit detracted from the experience. The kitchen appeared run-down, with missing cabinet doors; the bathrooms had windows with missing caulking; and the laundry room had a leaking faucet and was not inviting. Additionally, the parking situation outside the complex was not ideal, especially when carrying luggage. These issues were disappointing and ultimately influenced my rating. I hope the owner addresses these maintenance concerns, as the location itself is truly a strong advantage.

I didn't use the entire apartment, but it's spacious and clean. I had no issues checking in or finding it. I had pool access. Wifi was great. Alejandro was the person I frequently chatted with for help. He was so nice and helpful! I asked for a late check-out and he was very accommodating and timely. The area is very safe for a solo-traveler. Neighbors were quiet and nice. It was a very relaxing stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a woman traveling alone, it was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. It is very close to the airport, shopping centers, supermarkets, hospital, and restaurants. There is no beach nearby and the pool is for residents only. Overall, I recommend this place for anyone staying short term and/or wants to stay close to the airport where it is safe and quiet.

The property isn’t a hotel nor an aparthotel but an apartment in a block of buildings. That said, you will have to provide by yourself all your needs. So. We arrive to a place where there wasn’t even water to drink. The information about the place location was wrong. The apartment is comfortable net there isn’t AC in the main social area. It gets very hot in the afternoon.

There are a few pros and cons with this property. Let me start with a con that can easily be rectiffied, to access the property you need to get through security which is good but you need to know that they sometimes ask to see a security pass, which I was not aware of. They do send you a bar code confirmation but never tell you that it's what you need to show to security. I arrived very early in the morning at 3 a.m. and security did not want to let me in, he asked for the access code, which I had no Idea what he meant. I looked through my emails and finally found the email with a bar code. The good thing is that once I got passed security finding the building was not too bad, although they have a few buildings. The pool is nice, most gym equipment works, area is nice. They also have water in fridge which is great. The have a washer/dryer combo machine which is good but I never used one so maybe they should put instructions on how to use it. The condo is big and has a nice outside deck but certain things inside are showing their age like the guestroom vanity, appears to be past it's useful age. They also have tons refills in the back storage area, but apparently they ran out of shampoo during my stay. No biggie though. One last thing, there are a few openings in the wall which permit roaches to come in and we saw a few one night and these are huge roaches so if you hate roaches stay away, although it can easily be fixed by plugging up those holes.
