The room looked clean in general after check in, but by the time we came back to go to sleep we noticed the pillows and the room actually smelled pretty bad. Fishy smell coming out of most of the pillows on room 411. My wife doesnt like to complain and we toughed it out but will not be staying at this hotel. Also the introduction page says when you take pets you would pay 5 dollars per day but it was not mentioned the initial fee is 50 dollars plus 5 dollars per day. I would have payed to board my dog back home if I had know that.

The stay was just okay. Elevator was broken, didn’t seem to be much amenities available and working. Floors were all sticky, no plates or anything to actually cook with. Beds felt like the temporary cardboard ones at the Olympics. It did the job, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. Staff were all friendly and nice though.

Very poor service.

Someone was checked into my room instead of me, so I was supposed to be given a complimentary room, but I already prepaid for my stay. I was given a much smaller much worse room. I was never given more clean towels, the cable didn't work properly, my bed was basically similar to a pull out mattress. It was extremely unstable and uncomfortable. Very bad stay, I emailed the property but received no response. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

Worth twice the cost!

Well worth the price. Better than places I've been for twice the price. Helpful employees. No continental breakfast so just Use the money you save and get breakfast lunch and dinner. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Would use again.

Why is there extra security at night?

I just want to say the staff was incredible. They were very accommodating and explained everything perfectly. I was not as happy with the room, although that could also have been because these rooms are intended for longer stays? Maybe? Idk. The beds were super uncomfortable and there were only 2 pillows on the bed. There was also only two towels, considering the room is intended for 2 people to stay in it, it was odd that’s all that was afforded. I also couldn’t understand how there wasn’t a ramp into the front of the building. If you’re moving heavy luggage in/out be prepared to have to carry it to/from the building depending on where you park. The room was clean, and key cards worked everyday with no issues.
