We had a lovely stay in a twin room which was in the building opposite the main hotel. Communication with the hotel before we arrived was great and we were able to leave our cases before check in and after check out which really helped. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner included and also tea and coffee facilities in the room. We did have trouble with the steps as we both have problems with our knees and there were about 10 steep steps to get into the building so it was an extra challenge with our cases and bags so keep this in mind when deciding which building as the main building doesn't have as many stairs. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

The hotel location is perfect! Conveniently located a few blocks away from the busy main streets so it is quieter in the evenings but easy to walk to metro stops, restaurants, and shopping. Everything was in order here. Started in a room I hadnt ordered through some small confusion but they movied me to the correct room without any problem the very next evening. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms stunning. Quaint backyard to enjoy the afternoon. Very close to Museums, Vondelpark, and the Leidesplein. I'd definitely come back.
