Funcionários excelentes nada a falar deles, solícitos, educados. Estrutura da acomodação bem desgastada, pintura por fazer, pontos de umidade e infiltração, tampa do vaso frouxa, ar condicionado pingando no quarto escorrendo pela parede, piso do quarto bem deteriorada, mesa de cabeceira faltando a prateleira(quebrada). No dia do check-in uma festa na cobertura do hotel que acabou por volta de meia noite, só viemos a descobrir no ato do check-in. Até recebemos email sobre um evento particular que haveria mas não citando qual era.

Quartos extremamente sem manutenção. Ar condicionado velho, amarelado, fazendo barulho a noite toda. Tive que trocar de quarto 2x ( a primeira porque o barulho do ar estava absurdo e pela segunda vez o ar condicionado estava pingando a noite inteira que não deu pra dormir ) fora que o ar condicionado NÃO GELA. Banheiros cheiro ruim de mofo. Os banheiros que troquei de quarto, uns tinham secador, outros não, outros tinham sabonete e outros não. Café da manhã confuso e ainda estava faltando alimentos sem reposição. A porta da varanda emperrada, dura e com dificuldade de abertura. A porta do quarto totalmente difícil de abrir, mais um pouco abria no chute porque pela maçaneta não dava.
