I spent 2 nights at this Comfort Inn in Panama Beach, Florida...It was very nice, very clean, beautiful rooms, nice breakfast, great staff, super convenient to shopping and restaurants and also not far at all from the beautiful Panama Beach!! Place was clean and really close to great food. Small drive to beach but not bad. Only one way in and out which was a little bit of a pain. Stingy with towels and have to request room service. Night staff felt like they were annoyed whenever you asked for something. Lady doing breakfast was just downright rude whenever asked about something.

Room had what looked like mold on the ceiling, light and curtains. Room didn’t look clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was small but enjoyable. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it was something. Front desk personnel was more in her phone vs helping. Everytime we needed fresh towels she wasn’t there and hiding and on her phone. Gave attitude about the towels. Checked out early due to health issues after staying a few days, could be do to the mold.

The desk clerks were all friendly and helpful. The queen suite was very roomy and clean, also a ready for swimming in pool. The hotel was very nice and in a great area as far as restaurants and shopping. It was approximately 8-10 miles from PCB excitement and public accesses. The hotel had a hot and fresh breakfast every morning. By hot, I'm talking about scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and a ready to use waffle machine. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The manager was on site almost everyday and atrended to any situation that came up very quickly and professionally

Overall, it wasn’t that great of an experience. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating to us checking in a little earlier. The property wasn’t very clean and it was very janky, especially the bathroom. When I took a shower, it leaked throughout the entire bathroom because the lip in the shower didn’t do anything. The air conditioner was also falling apart and rusting over.
