Fantastic location in the Old Town, a few minutes walk to all of the sites. Very safe gated area containing the suites, the rooms were beautifully decorated and included everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend staying here. Effie & Giannis were excellent, friendly hosts. Effie also provided fruits and pastries for breakfast, which was amazing. Taxi (golf buggy) was also organised to take us and our cases back to our hire car, as there is no parking allowed inside the walls without a permit.

Owners Efi & Yiannis are very warm, knowledgeable & helpful hosts, met all of our needs regarding stay, local amenities & travel logistics. Utopia is near but distinctly away from main tourist (2000ppl/cruise ship) crowds, very quiet, specialty restaurants within steps. Evita prepared amazing brekky, very kind and attentive. Hotel at old town/cobble stone center, good access if travelling w lighter carry on, bit of a haul with large suitcases. The new city commercial centre with boutiques/cafes/harbour is 10min walk away. Highly recommend Utopia.

Wonderful hotel, Wonderful staff.

Well what can i say, if you are looking for unbelievable accommodation with unbelievable staff then look no further! I would also strongly recommend booking the airport transfers through the hotel as it includes a golf buggy ride for you and your suitcases up to the hotel a normal taxi can only drop you at the gate. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Effie for making us feel like special guests and helping us to get to the port to catch our ferry to Symi. Simon and Victoria

Sehr geschmackvoll und neu gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Die Betten sind mega bequem! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Tolles Frühstück. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Mitten im Partytrubel der Altstadt gelegen, in der bis vier Uhr morgens getanzt und gefeiert wird. Als Partygänger kann man aus dem Club nebenan direkt ins Bett fallen - sehr praktisch!
