We came for a family wedding and it was lovely. The resort changed the venue at the last minute due to wind and rain and it was absolutely stunning.

The 22 different type of restaurant to choose from i didnt have enough time to taste all of them the few i did taste i was happy with ,the room was well maintained and clean wasnt to happy that i had to keep call to refill the mini bar with water and soda the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about there hotel

Honestly there are many bad reviews on this resort BUT I LOVED IT! There are many restaurant options and a buffet. It also has a coffee shop which is open all day! The resort also has some type of activity every night which is pretty nice. The beach is a whammy because it does not give Cancun vibes but other than that the resort has literally everything! My family did not get sick at all but definitely be careful with the slippery floors

Property was pretty. Lots of pools and daily activities. Service was very slow everywhere and they kept running out of food at the buffet. Nightly dinner reservations were very limited.
