We had an ocean front room.the best thing was the assistancce of th security guard.unbtil we checked in we did not know it was a time share.towel changes only Monday and Thurs.poolside snack baar took over half hour for simple scraambled eggs and toast.you need to be an engineer to operate the tv.parking can be a nightmare The location is good buy there is an old abandoned hotel next door.all the poolside chairss gone by 9..tthe beach is beautiful.long walk to any retaurants.wouuld not stay there again

There was bugs crawling under the door so we put a towel across the bottom of the door. The refrigerator was not working properly. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. A lump in the bed was not comfortable. When we called them twice the phone was all static and not working. The room wasn’t great but a great location. Oh and to get a lounge chair was impossible. People putting towels on chairs that nobody was sitting on.

Great view of beach and ocean. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Pool was warm and had lots of seating. Nice snack bar. Room was clean.

Room was not clean. No housekeeping. Towel exchange only available on Mondays and Thursdays. The door of the Mini fridge in room would not close resulting in huge buildup of ice - - suggests that no one checked room in a long time. Some clothing of prior guest was found in the room - - again suggesting that room had not been checked. Room itself was quite old, has obviously not been upgraded in a long time. Only redeeming qualities were the location - - right on the boardwalk and the beach, and the pool and hot-tub.

The front desk person was rude and dishonest about breakfast offerings. The room itself was ok but there was hair on the floor and other places and no pillows on the bed at all. I found some extra pillows in the closet that disnt have cases. There was NO hot water, it was lukewarm at best because they put a block on it to make sure you cannot turn it all the way to hot. Its good if you want a cheap place

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel is especially at such an affordable price. It is right on the boardwalk, in walking distance to everything you might need, and directly across the street from the water taxi pickup/drop off. Looking forward to staying again. I have only one minor grievance and that is housekeeping services was not provided throughout our four night stay and towel services are only on certain days (two days) per week.
