The staff was awesome, very helpful. The location and building was beautiful. Very private. Adults only was a plus. Breakfast was nice ans very small community vibes. My only thing was the room was a bit dirty and dusty. Floor was a bit dirty and bed frame left dust on my pillow. Still amazing for the price.

Parking was a breeze, check in was easiest I’ve had at any motel. Beautiful property, bed was very comfortable. The ground lady was very nice and easy going. I will be staying here next time.

From the moment we were greeted at the private entrance by Blanca it was a nice experience. She walked us around the place and explained about the time for continental breakfast, happy hour and pool area, provided us our key and private door code and went as far as provided her number if any questions.

We had a very nice stay, couldn’t have asked for nicer staff or cleaner accommodations. The complimentary breakfasts and happy hour were wonderful, and the hummingbirds flying around made it a special place.

We were very pleased with our stay, definitely looking forward to going back. We were greeted at the one entrance and walked into a beautiful courtyard and pool area. Even though it was fully booked it was quiet and did not seem crowded at all. Many restaurants close by.

This place is beautiful and very clean. The service we received from the staff exceeded anything I have ever experienced. The breakfest had such a variety that it could meet anyone's tastes. I will definitely be going back when I visit Palm Springs again.

A beautiful secluded hotel with an interior garden filled with hummingbirds. Room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice continental breakfast and 5pm wine bar at no cost. Ample parking and safe. Short drive to the city. We loved this place and will go back. 10/10 IMHO.

Calm and luxury oasis

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms and pool area. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to return again. Lots of extra touches throughout the hotel including happy hour drinks and snacks, cookies on arrival and cold water and towels by the pool. Thank you so much!

Disappointed

Didn't live up to the hype. Room was "shabby chic" (code for dreary and scuffed with small items unrepaired) and the bed was deeply uncomfortable. The continental breakfast items were stale. Clean enough, but only staffed for a few hours during the day. Lights at entrance were out at night, which made using the coded lock to access the property very difficult. Saw palm beetles (giant cockroaches), spiders, wasps, and mosquitoes in many places on property. Unpleasant.

Pleasant overall, not outstanding

The staff were charming and helpful, the property was exceptionally clean, and the pool was lovely. However, there were lots of broken details that took away from the experience. No lights at night near the front door made entering the property difficult (because you have to tap in a locking code). The towel hook in the bathroom was broken. The continental breakfast pastries were generally stale. The bed gave me a backache every morning and the pillows were lumpy. The furniture was nice enough, but I would really have preferred a small table and chairs that were possible to eat at or set up a workspace on to a glass-topped sidetable and chairs that were difficult to move. Overall, pleasant, not great.

The private pool and garden area along with the wood-sy feel of this little gem of a hotel is a dream to stay at. My only slight complaints are: 1. The lack a kitchenette. They do offer a small fridge inside the closet. 2. There's no office-desk or outlet big enough for a laptop computer in the standard rooms. 3. The bed is so high that it takes a step-stool to get onto, and at that extreme height, you really can feel the Palm Springs heat. 4. Parking is limited and completely open to the street. Auto safety may be a concern.

Absolute hidden gem! Went for a weekend get away and it over exceeded my expectations. It was about a 10 min ride from the airport. Very safe, secure and private compound that encompassed a delightful oasis when entering. The court yard was beautiful, decorated with nature and seasonal themed items to celebrate the holidays. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot, courtyard clean with hummingbirds galore and a fire pit for a special night to just relax. Room was perfect that over looked the pool. It was clean, cute and had all the amenities we needed… including a mini fridge. They listed local restaurants which was nice since many were literally across the street as well as a grocery store. Breakfast was a good variety, they also implement a happy hour with drinks and snacks which was an added delight. Staff was extremely pleasant and check in and out process was effortless. I will be back as the experience was tranquil and such a great space to just relax. It’s a place I would love to gate-keep but would feel guilty if I did as they deserve recognition for their wonderful accommodations

We enjoyed this beautiful, relaxing and peaceful hidden gem. We were welcomed by Sotera who lead us to a a/c cooled, spacious and clean room. As we were guided to our room through the garden we could not help but noticed cute hummingbirds that seemed to invite us into this private oasis. Sotera mentioned how some of the birds will actually come up to your hand if you hold a feeder. ❤️ The a/c was set at a perfect temperature, cookies on the table and cold water in the fridge. She mentioned an unexpected happy hour that allowed us to spend some extra time by the pool before dinner. Crackers, cheese, nuts, wines and margaritas!!!! Wowzer! We were just so impressed! Sotera reminded us that breakfast would be available in the morning and Blanca would be there to take care of us. As promised Blanca was there in the morning with a smile, great conversation and fantastic Latte’s and Cappuccino’s to order! A lovely healthy spread with a good variety. No run of the mill kind of complimentary breakfast slapped together here. A very clean and yummy presentation! We had a wonderful stay and actually hesitated to mention all of the extras because we do not want to have so much competition booking our next stay LOL. But seriously this was a great place to stay and the hospitality goes above and beyond!!! Blanca and Sotera really shine and the love for this property shows in how they maintain the grounds and care for each guest! We did not want to leave and can’t wait to return!

This place is impeccable! My husband and I chose this hotel to spend a night because it was just 3 minutes from downtown. We weren't worry about it , but the place was so welcoming and caring that it almost became the main attraction of our trip to Palm Springs. The room welcomed us with free cookies, water and soda. There were real roses on the nightstand and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had several towels, including a separate one for makeup. Those little things can mean nothing to you, but it is just so nice how thoughtful and caring they are with the guests. The Jacuzzi and pool area is super green, and there are hummingbirds flying everywhere, which makes the place even more charming. And last but not least, I can't forget to mention the lady who greeted us when we arrived! Please forgive me for forgetting her name, but you'll know who she is because she's been working there for 28 years. It's clear how careful she is with everything, and she made us feel at home in the first 2 minutes we were there. Anyway, we will DEFINITELY be back soon, it was worth every penny.
