Nice and clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. What brings down the service rating is that breakfast opens too late for summer golf (8:30) and restaurant was not open for dinner. Otherwise great stay and nice and fun course!

The service was excellent and it is a lovely building and surroundings. In one of the tooms, the socket for the kettle did not work and we found an empty cigarette packet beside the desk! The breakfast was very good and we all ordered a second!

Trevligt hotell vid utkanten av Centrum.

Servicen var väldigt bra och personalen var trevliga och förstående. Det ändå negativa vi hade med vår vistelse var att vi hade myror på rummet. Som tur agerade personalen snabbt på detta och hanterade problemet. Vi blev även kompenserade genom att få grattis frukost de kommande dagarna vi bodde där.

Hotellet var fint och fräscht, personalen var väldigt trevliga och serviceinriktade! Även golfbanan var riktigt fin att spela på! Dock lång bana så rekommenderar golfbil. Kudos to Añoreta

It was a 2 night break from routine during a regular holiday. The hotel and related service was good although the absence of out of hours help and restaurants/catering finishing at 4.30pm was a minor stress. The big "plus" for us was the nearby beach (30 minute walk) and associated eateries. Añoreta prom was a worthy visit

Wir haben eine Nacht in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Sie ist nah der Autobahn, für die Durchreise bestens geeignet. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, ruhig und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Wir hatten übersehen, dass man nur bis 20 Uhr einchecken kann. Glücklicherweise hatte man sich darum gekümmert, dass wir in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe einchecken konnten und den Zimmerschlüssel bekommen haben - sehr guter Service!

Reception was supposed to be open until 8:00 PM but closed at 5:00 PM due to the holiday season, without any prior notice or notification through the Expedia app. I arrived at 7:30 PM and found the hotel empty, closed with no instructions. The only contact was a sign at the door with Spanish phone number (no WhatsApp or alternatives), and my phone couldn’t make international calls. I had to ask someone in my home country to call for me. I was then told to drive 10 min to another hotel to check in and pay, just to receive a code to enter the building and my room. The property feels abandoned, with no staff available for any needs. Although the room was fine and clean, the lack of customer care makes this place not worth it.

We booked two rooms of which one was okay but the other one had ants running at the windows to the balcony. Keep in mind that there is no reception after 8 pm do you will need to pick up the key at a different location.

Si he dado dos estrellas es por lo complicado que tiene encontrar la recepción, llamé por teléfono y nadie me respondió y después de buscar y preguntar en la cafetería, conseguí ver el cartel de "RECEPCIÓN" ¡MILAGRO! Me hubiera gustado haber resultado más positivo pues hay bastantes cosas que tienen su encanto, pero😌encontrar como dar con la recepción es un fallo, y creo que volveré allí. Très déçu !

Un personnel absolument pas chaleureux. Une coupure d’électricité a eu lieu de 2h à 8h du matin sans que nous puissions contacter qui que ce soit en cas de secours car personne à la réception. De plus, j’ai eu la bonne surprise de voir que l’équipe de menage a oublié la couette. J’ai du dormir avec un drap pour unique couverture. Inacceptable !

Two deal breakers to consider: the property is not staffed 24/7. They give you a separate key to enter the front door after regular business hours and guess what... The key doesn't work and leaves you stuck outside in the cold for an hour until an employee drives over and shoulder checks the door into opening. The second, there's a terrible humming from a loud AC compressor or something on the south side of the building... The loud humming made it very difficult to sleep. I'm not a light sleeper. This is not a soft frequency kind of sound. Very strange experience, and wrong decisions here.
