Overall, the stay was good and the price-quality ratio was fair. We stayed for 3 nights, and the only issue was the reservation system for the specialty restaurants, of which there are only two! When we arrived, the concierge’s first question was how many nights we would be staying; after that, he informed us that there was only one night available for a reservation, and the rest would have to be at the buffet. This was frustrating for us. We asked to speak with the food and beverage manager, who helped us secure an additional reservation.
Both specialty restaurants—the Italian and the steakhouse—were excellent. Thankfully, we managed to get the reservations because dining at the buffet was not a good experience. Both breakfast and dinner at the buffet were quite bland, with little variety and almost no flavor.
Other than that, the drinks and the service really help defend the hotel’s reputation.
It's not a party hotel, so if you're looking for a place to relax, this is the best; One negative point is that the pools are cold.
