One bedroom apartment, comfortable bed, small kitchenette with living room and patio that you walked out to the pool. Not the newest looking facility, but they keep it up okay. The guy at check-in was great, secured parking under the building. You can walk to just about anywhere in 5 to 10 minutes to include the beach. Lots of markets and the mall. Just a block or two away. Would definitely stay here again. Very quiet.

Attending an event at Cairns Convention Centre and Il Centro is a comfortable short walk to this venue at very reasonable price. Reading previous reviews the Reception person has a typical NQ sense of humour that is not always appreciated by all guests - but he is still very helpful and informative.

Short stay in Cairns

Hotel is a taxi ride away from the airport and cost about 30 aud. Bit of a misunderstanding regards getting into the property, but quickly resolved. Apartment a good size for 2 people, although the overall condition was of a tired property in need of some TLC. Good laundry facilities. Host Warren was very helpful in organising a taxi for our return trip to the airport at 4.30am! Location of property very good, less than 10 minutes walk to the dock.

少し古い施設ですがスタッフはフレンドリーで優しいです。きれいに掃除されていますが、やはり一個一個の設備は古いので不便もあります。それでも部屋は広く、冷蔵庫も大きいので長く滞在する場合は快適かと。 ただ繁華街からは少し歩くので、毎晩飲んだ後は帰るのに疲れました。また子連れの場合も公営プールから遠いので遊び疲れたあとに抱っこして帰るのにも大変でした笑

最初に部屋の鍵を1つしかもらえず、妻が部屋に残るとき、電気設備をＯＮにするためにカードキーを差し込んでおかなければならず、夫が外出すると、帰ってきた時に施設のエントランスのカギがなく、インターホンで、開けてほしい旨お願いすると、「なぜカードキーを持っていない？」と問い詰められ、不満を言われた。理由を話すと、2つめのカギを渡してくれた。２つカギがあるのなら、最初から渡してほしい。 以降は自分の非があったからか、笑顔での対応をしてくれた。
