Pas de chauffage dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Petit bac a douche, qui met de l'eau dans la salle de bain... Bruit de camion qui charge en dessous de la fenêtre a 1h et 5h du matin. Nous ne pensons pas revenir, bien que l'accueil est etait très bien.

Nuit unique pour une formation sur la Defense. Hotel propre rénové. Quartier en travaux qui sera sûrement sympa quand ce sera fini. Il y a une superette carrefour pas loin. Chambre tres bruyante, mal insonorisée, j'ai l'impression d'avoir dormi sur le boulevard qui est tres bruyant la nuit (proximité des urgences Foch et du commissariat de quartier). Par ailleurs, chambre encore en rénovation, le miroir de la salle de bain était encore dans le carton posé dans la salle de bains. Il y avait encore de la poussiére un peu partout. Pas de telecommande mais le personnel très aimable a fini par en trouver une dans une autre chambre. Petit dejeuner tres correct, complet. En résumé, hotel propre, en cours de rénovation mais tres bruyant.

Hôtel et chambre qui mérite un gros rafraîchissement, notamment en matière d’isolation phonique ! Situé sur un grand axe, le bruit est constant jour et nuit. Good stuff

it's a 2 star hotel, we paid £98 for two nights during Rock en Seine (big music festival), which is very very reasonable considering event and the fact it's Paris. Hotel is in lovely area with lots local shops/cafes/restaurants and shops just across the road. We didn't expect much for the price, just needed somewhere clean to sleep. Reception is modern and guys speak good english, when you enter the room it does have a smell, it's like freshly cleaned train toilet (sorry can't think of anything else), but after airing the room for a bit (each room has big fully openable window) it was fine. Toilet and showeroom are together, very small area but shower pressure is good and gel they provide smells nice. You get your towels and we had our room cleaned after first night which was a nice addition. There was some drilling noise on Friday morning as they're refurbishing but honestly for the price it was awesome.

L’hôtel est très bien placé et tout le personnel est vraiment formidable le seul petit bémol c’est le petit déjeuner qui est un peu cher pour moi car 9,90 euros par jour et par personne ça me fait 50 euros par jour car on est 5 et le distributeur de café par contre on n’a pas adhéré mais dans l’ensemble je recommande vivement cet établissement car c’est vraiment sécurisé et très propre et on a adoré

Avoid! There's a vast number of hotels in this area, if you have to stay here (out in the sticks)- I'd avoid this one. No air conditioning so you have to sleep with the window open, except then you get drilling/hammering/yelling from men outside (especially if you have a rear facing room, overlooking bins and other hotels rooms) from 6am every single morning and until 1/2am each night. Some of the rooms come with breakfast, definitely don't pay the 8 euros for it - stale croissants, stale pain au Chocolat and stale bread each day with a plate of plasticy-cheese or ham, both look like theyve seen better days. Cornflakes, chocolate pops or fromage frais. Staff are surly and glare at you while you eat, clearly wanting you out of there as quickly as they can. We ended up going out for breakfast in the end because it was so poor. The room isnt cleaned at all or fresh linen/towels unless you ask. Which is fine if you're there for a couple of days, but couple of weeks and it's just gross. When we arrived it was apparent the room hadnt been cleaned, we found multiple hairs, pillow cases were dirty and toilet stained. I'd say the only positive is there's a lift in the hotel. Rooms are not as pictured on the website - very small room with tiny tv in the corner. Bathroom is a tiny "add on" plastic room where you can hear every bodily function if you're sharing with someone. Ive stayed in a number of places around Paris and this is definitely one I'd never return to or recommend
