Beautiful room, wonderful staff, breakfast was very good. Rooms came with fridge, coffee maker for tea and coffee with cream and different kinds of sugar. You can use their laundry facility. Close to Sparks Arena and the Civic Center. You can walk to the Ferry and there’s stores, the Auckland Museum and restaurants practically a few blocks away from the hotel. They’ll even store your luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Room is very dated. Watermarks on furniture. Only one chair in a room with two double beds. Signs of poor repairs in bathroom (ceiling and porcelain) and PowerPoint coming away from wall. Beds were clean but linen very threadbare. Beds extremely soft. Room was very hot and stuffy and ventilation was poor, too noisy to have it on at night.
