There was a bag of trash sitting outside our door at check in. The hot tub was broken and filthy. The coffee was empty in the morning and when I asked the front desk if they could make more, he looked very annoyed. We said thank you and he said nothing in return. The task is still sitting outside the door and we’re checking out this morning.

Very very dirty. Had to switch room.gounf pills on the floor of room!! Not good breakfast. Pool was closed. One good this was front desk was nice.

The staff were friendly. The pool was nice. Housekeeping was awesome. We did find several bugs. The tv kept glitching and turning off multiple times. There wasnt syrup in the dispenser for the waffles. Hopefully it was a coincidence. I would recommend it forvthe future. Hopefully these things will be addressed.

Avoid line the plaque if I was you, just gross

Checked into room to find bodily fluid stains on office chair, regular chair, and bed…along with massive stains on carpet. Front desk agent gave a second room and found similar staining on all the same surfaces, along with smell of marijuana in halls. For third room the agent came with me and yet again found stains on chairs, bed, and carpet. No manager available he claimed to discuss this, just on the phone. Absolutely disgusting and shows lack of care by management or lack of oversight/inspections. To have 3 rooms with big stains on carpet, bodily fluid stains on office chairs, stains of some kind on regular chairs, and each bed having stains….just unacceptable for any price you charge.

Sleep inn north west Oklahoma

The reception staff at the hotel really couldn’t have cared less . They were apathetic. What they did do was absolute minimal with little effort. The WiFi was so opposed to be high speed . I went to reception as I daily had to log in over 20 times to get internet and it was incredibly slow. The receptionist said “what exactly do you want me to do about that”. I brought this to their attention several times but nothing changed . The help yourself breakfast was nice but they didn’t check to top up if there was no bread of milk so if there was none that was it . It was nice though to be able to make own waffles and cereal. The house service staff were nice and changed linen daily in room and re made bed daily . Carpets were heavily stained in my room , really heavily stained . The hotel said it was no smoking but residents / guests clearly were smoking weed and cigarettes as there was a lingering smell in my room from previous guests and when you walked along the corridor there was evident smoke coming beneath the gap in door. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave in room which helped overall. The night porter was also pleasant and helpful. I understand the owners and reception staff ( possibly their family )are not American they seriously need to visit local outlets and learn about customer care and service . Life isn’t about I’ve got your money now go away, it’s about getters no return business and a good reputation. The hotel needs a good refurbishment .
