Very useful small kitchen, not for cooking but for heating up food. It has very few utensils and stuff, but enough to have breakfast.

Great staff who were super friendly. Amazing manager who responded to all our needs from storing our bags on the last day to helping with tax exempt status. Rooms with private bathrooms were all great. Great location.

The only issue we had was there was no AC. It was cold outside so it makes sense if they only provide it during the summer but it felt stuffy

Staff was incredibly kind. The room was very clean. Rooms are a little small and the shared bathroom took some getting used to, but a good place to stay for a small trip!

2/10 Poor

No way to control temp. No tp holder in bathroom Construction on every floor Dusty in the hallways It’s a walk up No body wash in the bathroom but yet they provide shampoo and conditioner. The shower makes an extremely loud it screeching noise that won’t stop until It turn it off It is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures are catfishing

The hotel is in an excellent location on the Subway line and Chelsea Market and Starbucks Roastery just a block away. The neighborhood is pretty safe. Our room was clean and comfortable. It had a little kitchenette with a sink, a coffee maker, a microwave. Shared bathroom was not a problem at all!

The coat rack was hanging off the wall a blind for the window wouldn’t stay shut without duct tape, and they ran out of washcloths the first night we were there, but besides that I guess it was

4/10 Fair

This hotel is very misleading with the photos. The "lounge" area was filled with boxes and the furniture is clearly gone through a lot since they were taken. There were exposed wires thay makes it very unsafe if you have small children. The lobby area is cramped and also has boxes making it even harder to navigate. A mop bucket sat outside our room the entire time. The "safe" in our room barely worked despite the several signs saying to use it. The parking next door is also the most expensive in a 3 block radius by a wide margin. The only redeemable thing about this hotel is its close provimity to the 14th street subway station which can get you uptown or downtown in 10 minutes.

The location and price is superb. That makes up for the rundown location. Friendly hallway cat but may be annoying for those with allergies.

Staff was very friendly . We chose to stay on the bottom floor so we didn’t have to climb stairs. It was very quiet at night. We didn’t hear other guests or street noise. So much better than when we stayed in Times Square. We did hear workers and people at the front desk but that’s when I was already awake. Great accommodations for the price. Would stay again. Also, VERY conveniently located to the subway. One building away. Easy travel uptown and downtown.
