On a whim, I decided to try this location. We had stayed at other comparably priced hotels, and were satisfied, but wanted something special. This hotel not only had the absolutely most helpful and friendly staff. It also offered a quaint and peaceful stay. It’s nestled in the pines and offers a lovely little breakfast as well as a nice, clean pool! We will definitely be staying here again and are telling all our friends and family to bypass all the chains, and experience this delightful little spot in Payson.

This is a wonderful place! We've been coming back to this hotel for the last 22 years every time we are in Payson. We love this hotel for the fireplace and the quiet area with grass and grown trees and the close proximity to our favorite restaurant.

We really enjoyed the deluxe king room. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub in the room. Some basic maintenance is needed, grout replaced etc., but really not a big deal. The area is beautiful and outdoors very well maintained. Only complaint was there being no remote for the fireplace, so we couldn’t utilize it. Great stay overall. We’ll definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at this location many times over the years. The location is fantastic and has so much potential. Unfortunately the property has declined over the years… it just seems “tired “ and in need of some sprucing up. The staff is wonderful and bed comfortable, but very few amenities. The breakfast was a bust. It declined during the COVID era and never recovered.
