The hotel itself is nice, and the decor is updated. If you are looking for the small details of convenience, this won't be the place. The towels and rags are super thin, I was sad about that. The toilet paper is also super thin and low quality. The TV in my room was your basic TV. It is hooked up to a basic level of cable, but unfortunately I couldn't watch any channels beyond the local ones. I tried to unplug and plug in the coax, with no luck. It would have been great if I could have at least streamed or cast from my phone to the TV. The ice machine on the first floor by the front desk is super obnoxious and you get a whaft of a drain here and there. I would stay here again, but with the understanding that it's more just to have a spot to sleep and rest. But the small details are missing.

Nice breakfast selection of hot and cold items. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly during check in. Overall hotel seemed clean and maintained. I did see a spot the housekeeping had missed behind my bathroom door. I excused because if door had been open during the clean, it would not have been seen. Elevator worked during our first day, but it did happen to break our last day. They were working on it when we left. Swimming area looked nice but the pool room was too warm for us. When you walk in it seems warm and humid with condensation on some windows. The AC worked well in bedroom and beds were comfortable.

The tv did not work. Were told that it could be fixed next week. Other guests TV's were replaced. Staff was rude. 4th floor smelled horribly of sewer. Overheard a staff member and Orkin man discussing infestation. Not good. And I will never stay here again.

No Channels on the TV there was only local news channels and few cable channels, other than nothing. We specifically wanted to watch the Thunder game on FS1, a channel they offered but wasn't working at the moment. Staff said it was due to wind conditions. OK, well the windy conditions were a day or two prior, it should have been fixed in my opinion. Other than that, the place was great. Good location.

Everything was great. It would have been perfect if they had more tv channels and towels. Everytime we needed more towels, we were only given 1. Over all experience based on price was great though.

Parking is easy, the ac did not cool off the room enough, I set it at 69 and by morning it was at 71 or 72. But the room is great, spacious. Housekeeping did not come every day so our trash was overfilling. The indoor pool was decent, but there was never any towels. The towels they have are also very small, they're hair/face towels. I brought my petite 6 year old and those towels don't even wrap around her, went to go ask for more towels and they seemed hesitant. Stingy with their towel use, which I can understand, HOWEVER, again they're small towels not full sized for any human being over the age of 5. Breakfast staff was friendly, housekeepers were friendly and even front desk was friendly. My only complaint is the lack of towels & small towels
