While checking in that night, the receptionist was a little bland and then told me there was an extra $100 cash deposit needed. I then came back down and said that my fridge wasn't working and the shower had very little pressure and the ac wasn't totally cold but cool. She said she didn't have another room and to tell the manager about it .
Now, the manager that next morning was totally different and very helpful and enthusiastic. I explained to her about last night she saw the notes from the previous night, and was assuring and took care of my concerns. I think
