I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at Radisson Blu booked via your platform.
My friend and I initially reserved one room on the 6th floor. Due to an event we were attending, we later decided to book a second room for the night. We were informed by hotel staff that another room was available on the same floor, and I made the booking whiles at the front desk with two staff members present.
However, when I attempted to check in, I was told my booking was not reflected in their system. We waited over two hours with no resolution and were told repeatedly that the system was down. As a result, I was forced to get ready for the event in my friend’s room (Room 605).
Even after returning to the reception at around 7 PM before heading out to the event, I was told the system had not updated. Upon returning after the event, I was shocked to learn that the room I had been promised (Room 611) had never been booked for me. Instead, I was given Room 405.
Room 405 was in an appalling condition. It was dirty and dusty, the bath shower did not work, and the carpet was filthy. I have taken pictures and videos to document the state of the room. This was in stark contrast to Room 605, which was perfectly acceptable.
This experience was not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. The poor service, system errors, and unsanitary conditions seriously affected our night and morning, turning what should have been an enjoyable stay into a nightmare
