Overall good stay and all the staff were very courteous and helpful except for one, C. Lin, who needs further training as she seems very junior and need to learn the most basic of good service in hospitality which is to welcome guest with a smile and to listen well to what the guests are actually requesting. Unlike all the other hotel staff who welcomed us with enthusiasm and open arms, she seemed uninterested to help and blunt to a point it can be considered downright rude. We simply enquiried to book a Van to airport limousine bus station due to five large luggages yet she ask us to walk to taxi stand which won’t work cause too much luggage and completely ignored our request as normal taxi won’t fit.
Furthermore, she seem to have no clue about the airport limousine station at Herbis and asked if we wanted Uber when I specifically asked about airport limousine bus service. This level of service can definitely be improved.
Bath room is amazing, three style of bath/shower is available, very enjoyable.
Room large enough for two luggage opened.
Bed is comfortable. A little bit noisy from the road by side at night, no a problem for me anyway.
Easy to reach railway station, next to the shopping /walking lane, perfect for food and shopping.
Will choose this hotel again for next time Osaka trip.
