Guys I can’t stress enough how many problems I had with this hotel. Got scammed out of so much money and everything they said they kept going back on.
If you absolutely are desperate and need to stay one night then it’s okay, but other than that it’s honestly horrible.
The rooms are incredibly small; smaller than a NY apartment stereotype small. The hotel is noisy no matter which floor level you’re on. The breakfast was not that good.
I saw roaches crawling around in the hallways, but not in the rooms. I didn’t like that they charge locals one price and outsiders more than double the price. Of course they don’t know that because they didn’t know I spoke Spanish. They’re always looking to overprice everything if they can get away with it.
The bathroom had slight mold growing from 2 different corners that I could see. They only have Netflix and YouTube, so if you want something outside of that, good luck. The WiFi kept going in and out, so that wasn’t stable either. The breakfast is not worth it. You could get a bigger and better breakfast somewhere around the hotel.
The location is in the ghetto, so be warned.
The staff were wonderful outside of the lying. I’m not sure if it was lying or that they didn’t know how to do their jobs? They were professional nonetheless.
The biggest problem I personally had was that we didn’t pre-pay for the hotel, we paid at walk in and they still charged us for the week even though we left before check out the next day. Scam. Avoid
