We were incredibly disappointed by this place. When we arrived the young man at the desk was less than helpful. Our room was 80+degrees and it would not cool down- my husband went to request another room and was told there were none available and no fan was available to help cool the room. We actually looked for another location to stay at but it was late and none were available .
I there was also garbage bags lining the hallway when we arrived to our floor and they were still there the next morning.
Would not recommend this hotel at all!

Place is pretty rough. Staff was not the friendliest. Airport shuttle was advertised on the site but they don’t have one. One main reason why we booked. Breakfast was a joke and super sketchy. They would bring out a tiny cart with some random stuff on it it. But nothing seemed very clean. Decorations falling off. Front door don’t work half the time and you had to force it open. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Can walk to port and convention center/ needed update-paint chipping, toilet paper dispenser pulled out and lying on counter/elevators jerky and slow/basic beds/shower head you had to unscrew to get minimal pressure/no central air/staff was fine and quiet in room.

The room air conditioning was broken. The toilet leaked under the flooring when flushed, so it would seep up through the cracks in the vinyl tiling. They didn't have any other rooms available or maintenance on call to repair these problems. Then, the morning desk person was late getting breakfast setup and she had a bad attitude when we were trying to grab oatmeal packets and paper cups to cook it in our room nicrowave. We told her we had a flight to catch, but she should have been better prepared and set it up before 6am instead of starting at 6:15am!

Hotel smelled like urine, walls were filthy, pubes on the toilet when I walked in blood on the shower curtain toilets don’t flush well. How dare anybody have the audacity to call this a hotel

The room looks old and in poor condition. Some of the plates surrounding the electrical outlets were broken. No USB ports. The continental breakfast offered was meager. However, the staff was courteous when I checked in and checked out;

The listing is inaccurate. There is no pool or shuttle service. The bed was about as comfortable as sleeping on concrete. There is a cooktop and microwave but no pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. I will not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.
