Hotel appears to be old needs to be renovated. The air conditioner is the old style wall unit it sufficiently. The room was clean but needed an update. Staff was friendly on check in but when I tried to get a copy of the receipt, they couldn’t do it at checkout.

Waterfront Inn was a nice property to visit. We enjoyed our stay. It was Pet Friendly and the Calypso Restaurant was served great food and atmosphere. The Villages, FL area was a beautiful retirement community.

Nice Choice

Stop over from a road trip in the mountains. We stayed 1 night with our traveling pup, and I’m glad we stayed here. The room was clean, spacious and I loved the laminate flooring. The shower was wonderful! Bed and pillows were nice and comfy. Good pet friendly place. The restaurant was okay, it has a nice view and the patio would be nice to sit out if it was cooler out. Pool looked wonderful too. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was just overnight but The Villages area is very nice. The Inn was very nice as well. Very quiet area where you felt safe taking a walk to go eat. Parking was super easy and plentiful. The A/C unit is top notch. I deducted 1* due to bed being a little to firm for me.

Beautiful property, great restaurant… the only thing I would say is that having daily room refresh would be fantastic. Coming home to a made bed is the best part of being in a hotel… we didn’t have fresh towels for shower either.
