CLean property nice rooms whatever they clean with had an odd odor a lot of maintenance work was taking place. Desk staff wasn’t the friendliest but it is Lindale. Dog friendly.

Hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was ice cold. Breakfast was mediocre at best, I did have a hair in my eggs and let the staff know and they took it off the bar immediately. Mold on ceiling in shower, could really use updating. Would not book here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Actually this was the first time slept well in a hotel room on the first night of a trip. A little disappointed that the hot tub was out of service. Mexican restaurant within walking distance was really good.

Good location. Front desk staff was not very friendly.... Breakfast was good. Rear entry door was not secured, concern!! No soap available for 2 days we were there "truck hasn't come in"!!??? Bed cover was torn in several places, really!!?? Hotel was generally clean but not a great experience...

We checked in at night, and the guy at the desk was super friendly. Not very chatty, but that was okay with me. The lady at the desk in the morning was equally pleasant. The room was great. Spacious and clean. Room to stretch out and relax a bit. I wouldn't have minded spending extra time here, but it was just a stopover. Breakfast was anemic. Cereal and grab-n-go hostess stuff. No hot breakfast despite being advertised. That's why the place loses a star. Also, the fitness center looked right but was actually all wrong. The bicycle and treadmill were broken. Overall though, it was a good hotel for the price. I'd stay again.

The staff was nice the first room they gave us was 80 degrees and the air did not worked . She moved us to a different room with no issues the new room pain was peeling off the bath tub . There was no hot breakfast only cereal or honey buns . The pool and hot tub were out of service . The ice machine on our floor did not work did not try any others . Was not happy with this stay for the price hat I paid

Clean room. My only disappointment was that when I came back to my room there were no fresh towels. I don't know maybe things have changed, I thought you got new fresh towels daily. I wasn't concerned so much about if the trash was emptied or the bed made, just fresh new towels.

The staff was superb. They made sure I felt welcomed, extended my checkout by an hour, and directed me to amenities in the building when asked. The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast is what you’d expect for a hotel. Pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub was the main reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointed. Had to move rooms due to a bad smoke detector and then the new rooms fridge quit working. Room was relatively clean, sheets had a hole and a few stains. Overall wasn’t horrible but not sure I’d stay here again.

Place was kind of a disaster... They were so low on keys that they asked to return a single key when one of them were not working and tried to get two new ones. The room had no hand soap and was informed that they're out. For a room with 3 checked in guests they had two towels, had to ask for one more. The elevator was out of order, we were on the third floor with my 73 year old father. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Overall the place is in a really poorly maintained state and nobody seems to care. Don't stay here unless this is your last resort.

Front Desk Receptionist : Laura was so beautiful and so kind since I stepped foot in the door. She was so welcoming. Room, 2Queens & Sofabed: EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL!!!! it was spacious, air conditioner was great, beds were comfy, everything was clean enough. No problems nor issues. Recommend: HIGHLY!!!!! Believe the reviews. This is a great place to rest.
